How I work: Before setting to performing a task, I carefully study all the initial data; try to learn more about the subject of development. Here it is impossible to do without your help as customers because only you know what result you want to get, what problems to solve. If you have TOR, I surely study them. If you do not, it is okay. I always find out the key points in personal communication. Especially as TOR are often corrected in the process of working based on new requests. Before setting to work, I try to clearly define the timing and budget. I study all the features of your project before it starts, so I can calculate the time and cost of my services. In the process of work, these data do not change – it is important for me to comply with the initial agreements. Exceptions are situations when the customer himself wants to change the original task, for example, when asking to add new modules or additional functions. I do not delay the work and do not increase the cost during work. I constantly keep in touch with the customer so that they understand how the development is going. Nevertheless, of course, I am a living person, and sometimes I have unexpected changes in the schedule. If this happens, I am sure to warn the client in advance and try so that my matters do not affect the timing of the project. Still, if it happens by circumstances beyond my control, I compensate the inconveniences by discounts and bonuses. I value my clients and I do not want to lose them. I am not afraid of comments and edits. I know that even the most accurate TOR do not provide 100% understanding of the task. It is important to me that the client is completely satisfied with the result, so I make small changes that have arisen because of misunderstanding for free.
