- More than 5 years of NetSuite implementation experience - Provide implementation services to new and existing customers - Speak with the users to gather requirements and translate them into business requirement document and map into NetSuite functionality - Configure/customize NetSuite application to meet customer’s business requirements - Conduct consulting and provide training sessions (on-the-phone and in-person) - Customize financial reports base on client needs - Frequently give status updates to customers and internal team on project status - Provide the best practices and enhance the customer’s business process - Create and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements - Manage project timeline and deliverables - Manage UAT cycles and project kick off - Lead the implementation and guide other consultants in the whole project cycle - Act as a subject matter expert on Fixed Assets and Electronic Payments module - Expert in custom workflow and advance PDF customization
