I am a network assistant,with a three years of working experience in Kenyatta University.These are my qualifications: o Installing and configuring computer networks and systems o Identifying and solving any problems that arise with computer networks and systems o Maintaining existing software and hardware and upgrading any that have become obsolete o Monitoring computer networks and systems to identify how performance can be improved o Working with IT support personnel o Providing network administration and support o Assist users and provide pc, laptop, printer and network break support. o Assist users and communicate all it policies to users and ensure user compliance. o Troubleshoot problems with the system o Provide technical support and guidance for users o Installing and integrating new server hardware and applications
