Hands on experience for configuration and troubleshooting on Cisco Routers and Routing Protocols like RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP etc. ? Configure customer VPN connection and troubleshoot VPN tunnels in MPLS Cloud, where check and configure GRE, L2 MPLS and L3 MPLS circuits. ? Providing technical support to customers and assistance in deployment of their network. ? Monitoring and Troubleshooting of connectivity between Provider end to Client end and internal backbone (PE-P) running with multiple protocols.
