I have been working as a research scholar for the past five years and gained extensive experience in analyzing the high-throughput genomic data such as HiC data, ChIP-Seq, RNA-Seq, and small RNA-Seq (miRNA-seq), GWAS etc. I am proficient with Perl programming and have a good knowledge in bash scripting as well as R Programming.
