-Operating plans are developed to facilitate clarity and support of all linked Strategy, goals, etc.

-Systems and processes are developed, documented, calendarized and communicated so that programs and operations run smoothly and achieve the optimal results.
-Evaluation programming to measure results, and the communication plan to publish and interpret measurable outcomes.
-Feedback loops are developed to provide clarity in course correction and program modification when needed.
I provide Leadership development and coaching. I provide Team Development and team intervention work. I help clients to develop systems and cultures that make doing difficult work less difficult and more fulfilling.
