23 years’ experience related to engineering, procurement, and construction of Offshore, Onshore, Gas Oil Separation plants, Refineries, petrochemicals and LNG Plants. Experience spans the areas of Project Management, Engineering Management, Project Engineering, Planning & Execution of large-scale multi-disciplinary Mega Projects with diversified work culture and clientele. Assignments include working on major facilities expansion, new units in both lump sum & cost reimbursable environment. Other strong competencies include soft skills like effective team building strategies, leading teams, mentoring- Dealing with conflicts, Techniques of Improved time management, Risk Management.

Project Initiation:

·    Direct the Integration and Implementation of all project management functions, directing the internal company environment to meet the needs of a project, its development at all stages.

Scope Management:

·    Clearly defining the Project scope as per “Contract Scope of Works” for effective scope management, monitor project performance to identify issues and opportunities at an early state and take pre-emptive action and for effective change control process implementation while effectively managing project interfaces with stakeholders engineering consultants, procurement and third party services like OEM vendors for services.

Project Planning, Schedule, Time and Risk Management:

·    Direct, supervise and mentor the planning team for development of detailed Primavera Project Schedule with a detailed WBS by including all scope elements of design, procurement, construction activities into the project schedule including resource required & project cost control plans, processes and cost / schedule baseline.

·    Ownership of project schedule and Monitor to ensure critical path elements are targeted and do not have a negative impact on completion of the project activities to avoid project slippages
