With over 18 years’ experience in the performance marketing industry, I have launched, migrated or managed some of the largest retail brands. A vast amount of my experience is within the outsourced program management (OPM) space, having consulted for brands such as Lancome, Wrangler, Clarins, Snapfish and more. Under my direction, I managed a team of 15 affiliate managers and directors for an OPM firm. In 2009, I began the development of a standalone affiliate platform with the support of a team of 8 developers. This network vision led to the launch of an extremely customized, DirectTrack platform, the Atrinsic Affiliate Network. The network offered over 570 programs along with custom integration of a brand protection interface. Project management, analytics and troubleshooting are a few of the assets I bring to any marketing team. While working as the lead for the Atrinsic Affiliate Network, I continued to be the operator of 4 Paws Marketing - an OPM for top beauty brands across several of the largest affiliate networks. After 4 years, my OPM business (4 Paws Marketing, LLC) was acquired by Digital Net Agency, Inc. I became the VP of Marketing for Digital Net Agency (DNA) in June 2012, managing some of the most seasoned affiliate marketing professionals while continuing to directly manage programs. In November 2015, DNA was acquired by Pepperjam and was brought into a Senior Director role. In my position, I managed our Enterprise team responsible for the networks largest managed clients including GNC, Kate Spade, ALEX+ANI and Calvin Klein. In June 2017, due to some changes to the organization, I was let go from my role as Senior Director. I am currently consulting for B2C brands including ViX Swimwear and Biossance while exploring new opportunities within the Performance Marketing industry.
