Hi! I am a Doctorate in Clinical Nutrition with 12 years of experience in nutritional research and writing numerous diet and wellness articles. I specialise in the area of weight loss, therapeutic diets, geriatric nutrition, sports nutrition, neuro-protective, gluten-free and diabetic diets.
