Michael Faron has just completed his first assignment for us. The job involved the creation of a series of spot illustrations (silhouettes) for use in nine fax flyers. Going into this I had my doubts whether something visually pleasing could be produced for the fax medium, as Winfax (our faxing software) tends to pixalize most graphic images. To my great surprise and delight Michael's work has been superb. Working with Michael has also been a pleasure. Here's what I like about him and the way he operates. (1) He's very professional. He completed the work on time and within the budget. No fuss. (2) He's very communicative. Every step of the way he kept me informed of any developments and issues. (3) He's very knowledgeable. He understood the technical issues involved in creating images for faxing and was able to explain these to me in layman terms. (4) He's very accomodating and eager to please. (5) He's very creative. He started off with a series of rough sketches from which I could choose and from there he went on to computer imaging. Most of the images were approved on first draft. A few of them needed to be changed, but these were made right away. In conclusion, I've had a very positive experience with Michael and plan to use his services in the future as needed and I highly recommend him to others.
