I offer freelance contract web development.  My experience in brief:

PHP / MySQL - since 2005

HTML / JavaScript - since 2002

UI / UX / OOP - since 1995

I have been a contractor for a number of companies, including 2 years for Qualcomm (2015-7).

I have taken training courses in Laravel and WordPress (2018), though my commercial experience is in vanilla PHP.

I have integrated with numerous PSPs (payment service providers), and implements APIs, and code to utilize them.

I have also used Java in recent years for a science project of my own.

i do backend and functional frontend work; my skills are more on the functional / back end aspects.

Drawing on my long experience in this industry, I have a sense of what makes for good UX.
