I have wide experience -over 15 years- in projects & services management. Between 2002 and 2009 I've been managing technology and project development areas (CTO) in 2 IT companies specialized in providing software solutions at enterprise level for travel industry. After 2009, I’ve been the chief architect of Travel Tech who provides the entire software used by Destinations of the World. Also, starting with 2002, complementary, I’ve been acting as a Local Branch Manager in order to allow the company to perform all the activities since the major shareholder where based in Dubai. During last 13 years I was providing high value services to Destinations of the World who were able to yearly increase their market share and business. Nowadays I'm focused on providing quality and production consultancy, high performance software production such us: fast solution for customers cashing products, implementing the proof of concepts for high capacity processing solution with less than 1 second final response to our customers independently of other 3rd party suppliers response time, monitoring and working closely with the infrastructure team to improve the solution, fix any problem which is new and also suggest changes in order to improve performance.
