I have experience tutoring elementary and high school, ACT, SAT, college, MCAT, and graduate school. Whether you are struggling with material, or if you are an advanced student looking for a complete understanding, I can help you. I am passionate about teaching these subjects, but I realize that they don't come easily to all students. When tutoring, I make every effort to relate to students at their level and present topics in an understandable and approachable way. For students who are struggling with difficult classes, do not despair! A poor teacher or lecturer or difficult curriculum does not spell disaster, if you're able to get help. I have aided hundreds of students come to grips with difficult and challenging materials. I have degrees in Physics and Chemical Physics. My graduate training was at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a top-notch science and engineering school. I have many years teaching experience, in college, grad. school and high school. For the last four years, I taught at a private school in chicagoland, where I headed the science department, redesigned the science curriculum and designed a rebuild of the science labs. At the same time I taught college classes and tutored students individually.
