I have 8 years experience in the field of petrochemical industry, 2D/3D piping design, supports design, equipment design etc. Since 2008 year I am working as Piping Stress Engineer. I am able to perform stress analysis of piping systems using Intergraph Caesar II application. 1) Good experience in 3D-modeling for Skid Piping layout, Equipment's model and assembly. Preparation of Piping Spool Iso's fabrication, Skid general arrangement drawing. 2) Good knowledge in Pipe support type and selection. 3) Good understanding the P&ID's, Piping Material Class Spec. 4) Good Knowledge in extracting MTO's from 3D-model. 5) Good knowledge in industrial Codes & Standards. (ASME B 31.1, B 31.3) 6) Issuing project piping stress specification and critical lines list, 7) Calculations of critical piping networks, 8) Issuing loads to allow the design of pipe-rack and foundations, 9) Checks documents issued by piping stress engineers 10) Checks the isometrics for construction
