1. Tool manufacturing feasibility of styling surface ( A- surface). if required modification of styling to make it feasible in tooling.

2. Generation of B surface ( Thickness) considering tooling feasibility.

3. Mounting design like Snaps, Dog housing, Boss etc. considering Tool manufacturing feasibility based upon surrounding parts.

4. Assembly of part is also considered with surrounding parts while designing the mountings.
