• 9+ years of experience in K7 computing pvt ltd and Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), Chennai • 6+ years of experience in BI Analyst roles providing various insights to improve product quality • Having extensive knowledge in Text Mining methodologies (PolyAnalyst tool) • Created various Dash boards for product quality issues using Tableau and Microsoft Power BI • Responsible for Dashboard creation and sharing insights to Marketing and Management team for K7 antivirus product sales. • Done Google analytics, Cohort analytics and Web engage analytics for subscription business K7 products. • Automated MIS report and all related product dashboard by using Power BI and Power pivot Excel • Support Finance Team for their report simulation and Finance related dashboard. • Responsible for reporting conclusions to program stakeholders through multiple mediums and raise immediate awareness to any potential Quality issues • Worked closely with the Reporting and Analytics teams to design and implement systems, tools and processes to enable the capture of case and process information • Collaborated with R&D, Knowledge Management, Technical Services and the QCA team to gain insights into the Process and support process improvement project teams • Lead improvement projects directly related to the QCA Team which improved QCA process to provide actionable information for all Enterprise Group product cases relating to Servers, Storage, Networking and support all BU and functional teams to deliver on quality goals • Developed Text Mining Taxonomies with Poly Analyst to help with the analysis of the data and enablement of efficiencies • Analyze Open Case data set for early warnings : Product Issues, Customer Sentiment (Using Text Analysis) • Created Dash boards using PolyAnalyst & Power BI and shared report to R&D stake holders. • Developed power BI workbooks to perform year over year, quarter over quarter, YTD, QTD and MTD type of analysis and Created control charts by using Minitab and eQC. Used Poly analyst to create various levels of reports using PowerPivot to give overall view of quality issues to stakeholders
