Here I will take a more qualitative route in analyzing the dynamic relationships of the processes used. This includes creating flow charts and determining if ergonomic factors are impeding efficiency. I'd like to start by interviewing the client about the business and it's operations. These methods will highlight ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness through redesigning the work load, also leveraging capacity and bottlenecks in the system to improve throughput. Then changes to the environment the work is done in will improve the work conditions and the system inputs and outputs can be mathematically modeled for optimization via linear programming.
