Preparation of P&ID Mark Up for pre-commissioning & commissioning activities for mechanical completion, hydrotest,air blowing, Dcs graphics checking, reinstatement, punch clearing, and other pre-commissioning activities. Mark up for start up procedure sequence of all units of ETHYLENE, PROPYLENE, SR LPG. Static euipments close up procedure for thermal reactor, Drier, stripper, Claus reactor, incenirator, seperator, steam drums and kettle type exchangers. Daily Arrange tool box meeting and discuss about day activity. Walk down coordinate with client and clearing punches. Prepararing for MRT for rotary equipments and following activity like blower, BWH pumps, amine pumps, sour water pumps. Commissioning DCS graphics and locigs checking, complex loop simulator, MRT complex loop checking and tunning valves. Field activity like Air blowing, reinstatemnt, leak test, static equipment closed up, MRT Running test, etc..,
