My product development and design engineering services encompass a range of capabilities grown over the past 7 years. I have extensive SolidWorks experience in the robotics, aerospace, and consumer product markets. Specific manufacturing specialties include CNC machining design, sheet metal design, rapid prototyping, and injection mold design (and some blow/rotomold). Some of my designs are currently mass produced overseas by a commercial company. I have performed system level design work in the robotics and aerospace fields. This includes subsystem integration, system optimization, and high level cost/size/weight/power budgeting. I currently oversee the design and integration of small satellites. This gives me a thorough understanding of various electrical and software engineering concepts that lead to better overall system integration.
