Professional Content Developer

$25/hr Starting at $25

Are you looking for an experienced writer who can:

Draw in your readers with the most significant content in your field?

Boost your website's presence to grab your reader's attention on the Web?

Create enticing blog content about any given topic?

Assist you in perfecting the book of your dreams?

Encourage students (of all ages) to *WANT* to learn in constructive and engaging ways?

You've come to the right place!

I'm a graduated English major who has always loved to read and write. I also have a passion for teaching and educating and have acquired a deeper knowledge of the teaching field through attending several Higher Education courses. I am experienced in working in a classroom setting with elementary through high school-aged students, as well as working as an assistant in an after-school environment. I've also worked with students one-on-one privately in their homes.

As a Freelance Writer, I have worked on educational projects creating anywhere from ideas for educators to assessment writing content for students of all ages. (For instance, during one project I created the passages as well as the Item questions and answers for those passages.)

I have also written several in-depth literature guides which can be used by anyone, from teenagers to adults.

I am also extremely passionate about literature. In college, at SUNY Purchase where I would earn my bachelor's degree in 2006, I studied world literature shorts by major writers like Kafka and Fitzgerald as well as the classics like Walt Whitman, Emily Dickenson, and Edgar Allen Poe.

As an adult, one of my favorite books remains to be "Watership Down" by Richard Adams. I also love "The House on Mango Street" by Sandra Cisneros, and "The Perks of Being a Wallflower" by Stephen Chbosky.

I also love to write for fun!

As a freelancer, one of my favorite projects is article writing about different topics! :)

I have made it a point to learn strategies for SEO "Best Practices" and have worked with my clients to perfect articles and content of all kinds, in a wide variety of niches!

You can see some of my work here: https://sillycritter7.journoportfolio.com/

PS: While I am most familiar with the Education and Travel niche, these are NOT the only ones I am comfortable with writing about in general! I am happy to write about anything as long as I can research it.

I am most familiar with APA style but I can provide any style you'd like that you're happiest with.

Please contact me to discuss rates. I would love to connect with you! :)

Sincerely,

Sara Kaplan
