Background: I am a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology graduate and I am knowledgeable in many programming/non-programming languages like C, C#, Java, JavaScript, HTML and CSS. After I graduated, I worked as a customer service representative for 5 years and as a Virtual assistant for a year, where I learned all the skills required to handle different kind of clients and customers. As a customer service representative, I learned to be patient and very attentive to all of my clients/customers request down to the very little detail. Which I believe would be very important as a freelancer. After I resigned as a Virtual Assistant, I worked abroad (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia) as a Technical Support for a year where we give technical assistance to our company's work force employees. Was also able to create and deploy our company's website, Aramec.com (no longer exist, company decided to close due to the crisis in Riyadh). Right now, me and my data-analyst fiance is managing our cybercafe and we have a lot of free time to invest on different online projects.
