Project Advisory and Analysis services We will find the ways to stop your project's cost overruns and missed deadlines. We find what must be done with those out-of-control black holes that are pulling everyone down with them. I will help you get on top of your projects, large or small. I provide objective/deep analysis of contract proposals so you know what to expect after the sales hype. Development proposals you have on the table, particularly from new vendors or for new projects, are unknown territory and affect many stakeholders. Often there are pitches and interjections you will know nothing about. I work in the US and Japan, on site when needed. Additional services: after 20+ yrs as PM, I put together courses and started teaching. It became wildly successful and led to outside courses tailored for specific industries and clients. These also became a whole successful program at university. My courses in Project Management are PMI accredited classes and workshops.
