Budgeting, Monthly Budget is prepared as per the requirement of project (At site). Procurement of all kind of material (civil, Mechanical & Electrical). Expediting with vendors. New vendor Development. Negotiating with the vendor for rate, delivery and payment Terms. Daily follow up with vendor. My under 5 staff
