As I have worked in both recruitment, operations and IT, I understand all sides i.e. business and operational strategies as well as technical lexicons. My unique skillset, enables me to connect to a wealth of passive candidates, but also attract active ones. At the moment, I am assisting a friend on a temporary basis at CMI Professional Services, but am looking for something more formal; either a signed contract for a set period, or a permanent role. Currently I utilise LinkedIn recruiter tools, Boolean search and my 6,000+ connections on LinkedIn. I also have great interpersonal skills that have allowed me to develop strong relationships. I have worked in busy start-up environments and multi-nationals, enabling me to be autonomous and hit the ground running.
