Manage Mega EPCM Contracts, from the planning stage to successful handover to Owner and closeout including Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management. Clients are state and private owners of power generation utilities, substations, transmission towers, and Desalination Plants projects. Responsibilities included the development of project execution plan, manage generation of the engineering deliverables, the whole procurement cycle, overseeing the construction management activities.
