Enhance Team Collaboration: Train team members on collaborative platforms such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Clarity PPM to improve knowledge sharing and project documentation.
Implement Best Practices: Provide training sessions on ServiceNow and Jira best practices to optimise tool utilisation and enhance project outcomes
