I am familiar and have experience with Agile, SCRUM, RUP, Waterfall, PRINCE2, SDLC and JAD/RAD methodologies. This included development and management of schedules, budgets, status', risks, issues, change management, etc. Experienced in the successful development and implementation of organizational processes to meet CMMI levels 3 and above. Also have led many bid responses to RFPs and have experience in the creation of RFPs.
