As the Assistant Project Procurement, I worked under the supervision of the Procurement Manager and was responsible for various tasks. I prepared the Bidding Documents for the KHYBER INSTITUTE OF CHILD HEALTH & CHILDREN HOSPITAL AT HAYATABAD PESHAWAR as a consultant. In the Bidding Documents, I defined the scope of the ITB, which included the Scope of Work, IFB (Tender notice), GCC (General Conditions for Contractors), and SCC (Special Conditions for Contractors). Additionally, I prepared the Biomedical Equipment List and its specifications and proposed plans to make the hospital state-of-the-art.

As part of my role, I also attended meetings to defend the proposal at KICH with their procurement team and PEPAC. I gave the client the option to demand offers from bidders in the framework of standards of goods or services regarding KPPRA rules. Overall, my responsibilities were crucial in ensuring the success of the project and meeting the needs of the client.
