Responsible for ensuring the project meets the deliver and testing readiness review criteria; acting as escalation point for implementation issues/ conflicts; directed on site implementation teams; Ensured quality targets related to the implementation solution are met .

Manage the communication with local and external executives. Fully accountable for the successful delivery of big projects that  increases revenue of the company against competitors, increase quality procedures and workflow inside the company , and enhance customer experience and satisfaction .

Manage the operational teams, and all required logistical and financial aspects of the project coordinate the procurement plans, invoices and authorizes the payment plans. Ensure the internal and external reporting of the projects .
