Program coordinator: — Coordinate with customers to ensure projects are completed per project SOW; — Communicate with clients to order, track and return necessary test devices; — Create written procedure documents for project processes; — Provided analysis and documentation of projects; — Control of timely passing program trainings; — Monthly preparation of invoices and scheduling inquiries as necessary; — Clients visit coordination; — Team events organization; — Monthly generation of TRs for clients; — Immediate completion of requests from senior management; — Business trips organization; — Organizing joining/leaving process; — Create and sustain good working relationships with internal and external partners; — Close collaboration with various company departments (financial, travel, visa, ES)
