For the past three years, I've worked on various projects and I've enjoyed every bit of it so far. I'm familiar with almost everything that's computer-related: programming, app development, web development and design, graphic design, image processing, search engine optimization and automation. I also have team leading and outsourcing experience and I love to keep people (including myself) motivated and organized. I've worked a lot with web, mobile apps and games, basically on every development phase possible: from coming up with the app/game idea to submitting it to the store and analyzing the sales and ad network numbers. I'd say my main career goal is to become a successful project manager and I'm currently working towards that. I consider myself a responsible, creative person, with a lot of initiative and punctuality, and I truly believe that constant and proper communication is the key to most successful projects. I also possess ease and willingness to learn anything useful that comes along the way. Communication in general is key to project success, and I make a point to provide clients with accurate information regarding their projects, from the initial stages in requirements gathering and planning to final delivery and support. Additionally, I have a strong record of client retention, due largely to my continual focus on customer satisfaction.
