I have experience in assessment to digital printing companies who utilizes digital printing presses (HP Indigo mostly) with Project management for special projects, costing analysis, production processes etc. Digital printing companies with digital presses (HP Indigo) who have the need to understand the costing process and how to sell this jobs, there´s many variations with customer who produce different kind of applications like: flexible packaging, labels, commercial printing, cards, etc. I´ve been doing assessment as customer business development for special projects, costing strategies, assessment to sales force to understand how to sell digital printing jobs with different production systems (sheet fed, web fed) different applications (Flexible packaging, wrap around labels, plastic cards, etc.) I have 6 years of experience assessing digital printers and manage big projects like Share a Coke campaign in Mexico 2014 who was awarded as the biggest digital printed project in the world done in one site; Share a Coke Venezuela and Colombia; Share a Coke Mexico 2016 and many others.
