15 years of international experience in electromechanical project planning and cost control using the recent software and tolls . Seeking freelancer opportunity in projects management in the field of construction planning, forensics planning, claims and management, to utilize and enrich my experience along with achieving growth for the company I work for and myself.
As a Freelancer Planning engineer, I'm to do the following activities :
1- Establish the MEP baseline Programme as per the Main contractor Programme and provide extensive planning, forecasting, financial models, monitoring, reporting and related project controls from mobilization phase to closeout phase of the project.
2- Identify all intermediate milestones that represent major deliverables as required in the contract documents. 3- Load all cost, value and resources into Primavera (or other software) as a default approach, to arrive at a project cash flow projection.
4- Review, coordinate and approve the programmes prepared by subcontractors or third parties.
5- Ensure that the programmes are set up with consideration of strategies in terms of technical issues, approvals, long lead items and known delay scenarios .
6- Identify and coordinate all interfaces with other contractors, and minimize the potential for delays, caused by or to other contractors.
7- Monitor and control the direct, indirect and equipment resources forecast in synchronization with the programme.
8- Monitor, analyze, evaluate, and forecast actual status on a weekly basis against the established MEP baseline programme, provide guidance, direction, and specialized assistance to the project team in the resolution of project control problems.
9- Evaluate any changes to the MEP baseline Programme and subsequent updated plans, including recovery plans to meet the original baseline dates prepared by Main Contractor.
10- Report Programmes status to all levels of project, company management. Perform analytical review of the generated reports.
11-Prepare, monitor and analysis the reports related to productivity and performance.
12- Accumulate historical data, such as performance experience, for use in maintaining a realistic basis for future planning and forecasting for the organization.
13- Participate in risk and project review meetings in order to ensure that time, cost, resource dimensions of the project are addressed adequately in line with the programme.
14- Attend regular monthly/weekly progress review meetings with Project Team and prepare work schedule for subcontractors where requested.
15- Establish cost coding system integrated through the company various departments, to support the cost control operation.
16- Extract keys deliverables project completion extension of time evaluation (EOT), estimated cost at completion (EAC), estimated cost to complete (ETC) Using the Earn Value Method.
17- Monitor and pre-approach manage for project’s key milestones and expected coming risks.
