What are genes how it functions and regulates in an organism? That question looks so simple and we can easily find out the answers from any reference books but for me it’s not enough. From childhood, these curiosities have brought me into this biological magnetic universe. Day by day I am entering in the depth of my subject I am wondering for this god’s magic. I am rising with new questions, my creative imaginations raises new possibilities. It is my constant ambition to determine the secrecies of the principle workings of life in the world living life represented by cells and molecules as a biotechnologist. I am delighted to find that I am getting closer to point out the convergence of molecular biology. I have inculcated my knowledge by working on different labs like immunology lab, Genetics Lab, Microbiology lab, Cell biology lab. I have learned many techniques like Separation and purification of proteins, ion exchange, size exclusion, thin layer, paper, gas chromatography, salt precipitation, dialysis, DNS method, Anthrone test, Bradford Method. In the biochemical lab, I learned the production of Baker yeast, Dextran, Citric acid and streptomycin. I learned ELISA, Western Blotting, Radial immunodiffusion, Widal test (tube and slide test), PCR, SDS gel running, DNA isolation, MTT assay, cell migration assay, cell counting by haemocytometer, determination of viability of cells, blood cell identification, agglutination assay, Ficoll Hypaque technique, studying of phenotype of the T-DNA tagged mutant in dark and white light, immobilization of enzyme, Bligh & Dryer Method. I did a summer internship project based on Antimicrobial and antioxidant property finding on cowpea and calyx of hibiscus also the production of nanoparticles from those under Professor Amalesh Samanta, Division of Microbiology and Biotechnology, Jadavpur University. In the second year, I was selected for the Summer Research Fellowship Programme at the Indian Institute of Technology(BHU), Varanasi under Professor Dr.Subir Kundu. I did Winter Internship at IIT-Kharagpur under Prof.Somdeb Bose Dasgupta in Cloning of Rab29 in pGEX4T1 vector and expression & GST-purification of that protein. I have inculcated my knowledge by working on different labs like immunology, Genetics, Microbiology lab. I will be able to do your work within short time giving deep concern and motivation. Your requirement is very much similar with my passion. Though I am beginner of this work, I will do your job with great care. I am surely do my work properly as I have a deep knowledge in Molecular Biology. I have read many journals, review papers etc. which gives me more convergent knowledge in Those Topic.
