• Around 6 years of extensive experience in IT with the emphasis on QA Testing with exposure of both manual and automated testing. • Worked on Web based, B2B and Client Server applications that developed in .NET, JAVA environments. • Experience in Developing Test Specifications and Test Plans and Test Strategy. • Expert in developing Functional and Integration Test Cases based on requirements. • Experience in performing Functional, Integration, Smoke, GUI, System end to end and Regression testing. • Well versed with Software Development Life Cycle and working knowledge in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. • Working experience in E-Commerce, Health and Retail domains. • Working experience in testing IVR systems. • Experience in using Quality Center, QTP, FogzBugz, Bugzilla tools. • Experience in Compatibility Testing with different OS & Browsers. • Experience in back-end testing, writing and executing SQL queries. • Experience in testing Reports. • Strong emphasis and in-depth knowledge in Manual testing using black box techniques. • Team player with excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills. • Ability to adopt various working environments and with great learning curve. • Worked in ‘Onsite - Offshore’ project execution model as a team member.
