Quantity Surveyor : -preliminary measurement of building -As-built record of work subsequently covered up and deduction. -estimator (estimate of quantities and costs, estimate of the cost of the works, contract price, bill of quantities (BOQ or BQ), deductions) Quality manager: -Quality assurance plan (Control of formwork, Control of reinforcement, Control of concreting, safety coordination). •Planification Using MS Project and PRIMAVERA. •Topographical surveyor: (Marking out, survey, calculation…).
