Project Overview: Construction of 288 Staff Villa, 28 Apartment Buildings, 5 Vice Rector’s Villa, 1 Rector’s Villa,
2 Mosque and 2 Shopping Center including landscaping, roads, irrigation, storm water line and sewerage.
With a high quality finishing of granite, porcelain, tiles and terrazzo and precast cladding.

Construction of Viva Bahriya Building 22 and 23 – The Pearl Qatar:
Project Overview : A 21 Story Building with approximate area of 2000 m2 each floor.
Consisting of 2 parking area and a ground floor with approximate area of 5000 m2 .
Facing the ocean view is a 2 story chalet with a pool deck.
Supporting the foundations are numbers of bored piles.
All constructed in an artificial island in THE PEARL QATAR.

Enabling Works for Male and Female Student Housing – Qatar Foundation Education City, Doha Qatar:
Project Overview : Construction of six (6) building apartments and four (4) building residence hall.
The ten (10) buildings are 3 storey high, containing 85 % of precast construction structure.
Including is external work, the diversion of existing 1,100 mm diameter foul sewer.

Construction of National Convention Center Car Park for Qatar Foundation:
Project Overview : High quality 3,110-car space public car park with bus pick up and drop off, taxi access and parking,
valet parking, pedestrian underpass to the National Convention Centre, toilet facilities, storage and plant rooms,
security rooms, management offices, four internal circulation cores and external stairs.
Equipped with the latest security system including CCTV system, BMS, and X –ray scanning system etc..
The Car Park is a five storeys high with an average floor to floor height of 3.6 metres and is approximately
140 metres by 300 metres in dimension.
A series of car park floor waves along the length of the building have a maximum incline of approximately 1:20.
