Raising Tender queries to the Consultants. ? Follow up Various subcontractors interested in getting involved in the project and obtaining proper quotations. ? Preparing Monthly valuations and finalizing with the consultant. ? Preparing Sub-contractor valuations. ? Assisting Project manager and contracts Manager for preparing claims and extension of time by noting down variations in the contract quantities, change in nature work relating to tender drawings. ? Finalization of final bill with the Consultant.
