1 Preparing Complete Quantities For high rise and low rise building projects Like Residential, Commercial, Hotel, Villas , Masjid , Schools , Ware Houses ,Malls. 2 Reviewing the Tender Documents such as contract Drawings, Specifications and Bill of Quantities. 3 -Dealing with Tender clarifications and Preparing Tender Documents for the tender submission. 4 Verify the bill of Quantities and issuing tendered Queries. 5 Sending of enquiry letters to subcontractors and suppliers and taking quotations. 6 Arranging Quotations From The Suppliers / Subcontractors. 7 Preparation of cost Analysis of items of works calculation quantities. 8 Good knowledge of Drawing using Auto cad 2014 (Structural, Arch Shop Drawings). 9 Good knowledge in MS Office ,Word , Excel
