Quantity Surveying: Measure, remeasure, preparation of Bill of materials, sourcing vendors, preparation of technical & commercial bid evaluation, finalization of subcontracts and work done verification, subcontractor’s invoice certification. Maintain accurate records and data to enable the project manager to resolve contractual conflicts and disputed claims with subcontractors. Assist with commercial notices and certificates required under the terms and conditions of Subcontractors. Maintain technical records of the site progress meetings, issues related to drawings, direct labor hire/supply of plant, free issue materials and changes in scope of work and any other specifications.
