My responsibilities include but are not limited to, ACI Report form data entry, research of public records, analysis of past sales, listings, transfers and foreclosures (if applicable) of the subject property and comparable sales. I have worked as the assistant to a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and owner of an appraisal company since 2003. I have knowledge of USPAP Compliance, FNMA Guidelines and FHA/HUD requirements. I have the ability to multi task different duties and to complete them in a timely fashion to assist the appraiser in delivering the completed appraisal report to the client on or before the due date.
