I worked as an Inside Sales Agent/ Appointment Setter for a group of realtors in Bellevue WA. I dialed FSBO, Expired and Circle Prospecting and averaging to 350 to 400+ dialed numbers every day. I also worked as a cold caller for a Real Estate Wholesaling Team in Miami, averaging from 800+ to 1200+ dialed numbers a day. I am very familiar with Mojo, Vulcan7, RedX/Vortex, Podio and Investor Fuse. I also know I will be able to use my skills and experiences being in the BPO Industry for 5 years as a Customer Service Representative and a Sales Agent. I was in a tier 3 Customer Care or retention department where I handled customers who were on the edge of not using our product and services anymore in which I had to provide great service skills and be very particular with details and see how we come up with a solution where it will help our customers to continue working with us and at the same not compromising the company's policies and procedures. I was also a Sales Agent for 2 years where I performed outbound calls to our potential leads.
