I have 10 years experience in the Philippine real estate industry that includes, but not limited, to market research, due diligence, valuation, marketing, sales, negotiation, legal documentation, feasibility studies, urban planning, property management and development. 

I am a license broker, appraiser, consultant and urban planner in my country. Our real estate modules are patterned after the United States industry. I have a legal background. I am also familiar with capital markets and instruments. I also have experience in insurance, fintech start-ups and forex trading.  I am just about to finish a real estate financial modelling boot camp. I am interested in knowing more about digital marketing.
