• I have almost 13 years of Experience along with10+Years of full-cycle information technology recruiting experience including both permanent and contract/consulting positions ranging from networking to application development and Project Management. • I am capable to effectively communicate to a diverse range of individual clients/customers, technical staff and upper-level management. • Possess strong analytical and PC skills, a team-player attitude and a driven work ethic. • Gained expertise in Internet/Web recruiting / sourcing skills and knowledge utilizing the latest Internet tools. • I have an outstanding ability to work with traditional recruiting tools; i.e. cold calling, networking, referrals, job boards, ad placement. I have intensively researched and sourcing utilizing the Internet, print ads, networking, referrals, and competitive intelligence. • Extensively used various screening methods with behavioral and technical interviewing, coordinating interviews with hiring managers and interview teams. Reviewing candidate interview feedback to determine the viability of each individual against hiring criteria, processing approvals and creating offer letters, purchase orders, contracts and new hire information. I have expertise in negotiating compensation packages, processing, coordinating relocation and immigration assistance. • Optimize recruiting efficiency by minimizing time to fill and recruitment costs. Continually strive for process improvement.
