Some companies, especially startups need someone to define the project also. For them, We offer US or Indian resources, as preferred by the client. Indian resources are $25 to $35 per hour, and US based resources will be $75 to $125 depending on what they need. We have part time people who can work with clients to develop wire frames or functional spec. Many clients want to work on fixed bid projects, which we don't have a problem with. However, these clients need to have detailed wire frames and functional specs. If they don't have someone who can do it, that's when our resource come into play.
