Remote IT Support Engineer

Offering remote ICT support skillset in a very broad and generalist topic set. I am a highly skilled solutions architect with a very technical background, (being a technical engineer for +-17 years), but spending +-7 years as a Solutions Architect in various roles, including a Pre-Sales Engineering role at an Enterprise whole-sale vendor.I am really good and comfortable with client meetings (with staff at any level - from C-level executives, to the hands-on engineering staff, to sales, and the business users within a company), in conjunction with exceptional explanation skills, in order to convey a technical message, of marrying up technical options and solutions, with easy to understand business terms. I have somewhat become a master at this soft-skill :)Taken into account that I have 28 years’ experience in total in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) arena, worked in more than 400 data-centres, and many of clients, their servers, business applications, business processes - from the design and scoping sessions (brainstorming), to the project management phases, to the assistance with the implementation phases, and assistance with the post-sales processes.I know the ICT business and technical process flow, from end-to-end, as well as how to adapt this process flow, in order to accommodate the clients' unique needs, in order for our business to deliver the best suited, for money's worth, solutions to our end-clients, in order that they can succeed in their own businesses.I understand that our end-clients are not ICT specialists, and that they businesses needs are hugely different. I understand just too well that they "just need to have it work". The last 3 and 1/2 years I have spent working from home, in a "Remote Support Engineer" position, doing remote support work for our customers and users in the United Kingdom. Working over the internet, using "Remote control" tools in order to access the customer's servers, SAN's, networking equipment, VMWare servers, Citrix servers, Linux servers, etc..
