Having Masters Degree in Economics, possess more than 16 years of experience in the field of social development and humanitarian response. I have worked with academia, semi-government organization, NGO and UN. I have first-hand experience of working at each stage of project cycle i,e from identification phase to evaluation. Designed various proposals, coordinated with donors and communities, implemented projects, conducted monitoring and evaluation of projects, built the capacity of staff in proposal development and monitoring & Evaluation. . My working area of expertise includes monitoring, evaluation & research, analytical writing, proposal writing, program design program/project implementation, engagement and networking, resource mobilization and partnership management in addition have good command at analyzing data in SPSS and Eviews. In terms of achievements, I have mobilized resources by winning 97 long term development and humanitarian projects on diverse themes such as Economic Development, Livelihood , Food Security, Education, Health, Agribusiness, WASH, Value Chain Development, Women Empowerment, Gender Justice, Advocacy and Campaigning, Climate Change and Adaptation, Alternate Energy, Urban and Youth Development. Have good understanding on funding guideline of USAID, UNDP, UNCIEF, UNOCHA, UNWomen, UNHabitat, Urban Youth Fund, Plan International, IOM, Oxfam Novib, and Oxfam GB. Also have developed a monitoring policy for organization and result based monitoring frameworks for 81 diverse projects.
