My teaching philosophy is to work with each student based on their own understanding. I don't teach a strict, rigid method. I believe every student has their own uniqueness and level of understanding is different. Much of my teaching will be done through the use of video, teaching aids, and practice drills. I have always believed that we shouldn't teach every student the same way. Even though I am minimal experience in teaching, but I sure that I can impart the knowledge of what I learned so far these years. Basically, I am a researcher and I love experimenting with things. The most important thing I teach is the individual, not a textbook thing. My teaching continues to evolve as I learn more about it. Learning better ways to teach is a never-ending process.
