• Operations management of a remote, international team including review and revise operations processes; creating and implementing SOPs • Customer service management (2 remote agents); Amazon Seller Central/Zendesk; writing/updating email templates; negative review management • Content management: research and writing of packaging, insert, and listing content assuring compliance with Amazon's TOS and policies; manage images by collaborating with graphic designer • Product development (includes analysis and testing of prototypes or samples; approving inspection reports; competitor research, etc.) • Manage logistics team and processes • HR management including recruitment and performance evaluations
