I am a trainee RF Engineer, I possess good technical knowledge and am a fast learner, I am capable of leading, instructing, and training teams. I have worked with a team of at least 20 people (and more as they come and leave) and have trained them in our company's day to day tasks assigned for them. I have to keep inventory for all equipment that are use by our RF department and maintain them; be a liaison with vendors and interact with our company's customers, understand what customer needs and develop solutions in order to achieve those tasks, report to management regarding the progress of all projects and issues encountered, take help from other teams in different department to achieve and meet customer goals.
